Autrefois propri\u00e9t\u00e9 des grands-parents, puis des parents du Chef, cette adresse s’est forg\u00e9e une r\u00e9putation solide, \u00e9voluant au fil des g\u00e9n\u00e9rations. En 2010, le Chef C\u00e9dric Rott et son \u00e9pouse Allison ont repris le flambeau, d\u00e9cid\u00e9s \u00e0 insuffler une nouvelle vie \u00e0 cet \u00e9tablissement empreint de souvenirs.<\/p>\n

Originellement ancr\u00e9 dans la tradition, „Au B\u0153uf“ a subi une m\u00e9tamorphose passionnante pour devenir un restaurant gastronomique pris\u00e9, alliant le meilleur de l’h\u00e9ritage familial \u00e0 une cuisine moderne et innovante.<\/p>\n

Natif de l’Alsace, le Chef C\u00e9dric Rott amorce son parcours dans l’environnement enchanteur de Saint-Tropez, source d’inspiration et d’\u00e9l\u00e9gance qui vient enrichir sa palette culinaire. Son exploration gastronomique s’\u00e9tend jusqu’aux Cara\u00efbes, o\u00f9 les saveurs insulaires et asiatiques ont enrichi son r\u00e9pertoire gustatif.<\/p>\n

Autodidacte passionn\u00e9, le Chef a affin\u00e9 son art au sein du restaurant familial, o\u00f9 il a d\u00e9couvert et perfectionn\u00e9 son amour pour la cuisine. Anim\u00e9 par une curiosit\u00e9 insatiable, il consacre son temps \u00e0 l’\u00e9tude constante des nouvelles tendances gastronomiques, des techniques innovantes et des produits d’exception.<\/p>\n
